How does the free trial work?
Install HF Panel on your server, then open the link the install shows and click Start free trial. You get every feature for 30 days, with no card needed. One trial per server and per email address.
What is in the Free plan?
The Server Admin and Control Panel for one server with up to 5 hosting accounts, and everything listed under “Included in every plan”, free for ever. Add-on modules such as email, DNS and billing come with the paid plans.
Can I buy HF Cloud or HF Deploy without HF Panel?
Yes. One licence key carries any mix of HF Panel, HF Cloud and HF Deploy. A key without HF Panel gets a small Server Admin (status, updates, backups, firewall, SSL, logs, staff, billing and settings) and installs only what its products need. Add HF Panel later from Your licences: the server installs the rest by itself, with no reinstall.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If a paid licence isn’t right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. See the terms.
What is a licence for?
One server. The licence is tied to the server’s IP address; you can move it to a new IP from Your licences.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Switch to another plan from Your licences at any time. Upgrades start at once and you pay the difference for the rest of the month; downgrades start when the paid month ends. Your licence key stays the same and the server picks the change up by itself.
What happens to my data when I remove a module?
Nothing is deleted. The module’s screens are hidden until you add it again.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry, and you have a grace period. If the licence does end, the panel locks until it is renewed — but websites, email and DNS on the server keep running.
How do I pay?
By card or PayPal, monthly. Invoices are emailed and are always in Your licences.
